Effect of Gule Granules on the Expression of Prerequisite Osteoclasts OSCAR and NFATC1
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Gule granule on the expression of OSCAR and NFATC 1 in the prior osteo-clasts and to explore the underlying mechanisms of inhibiting proliferation and differentiation of osteoclasts .Methods:Bone marrow cells were cultured by 24 hours and non-adherent cells were induced by cell culturing .The different do-ses of Gule granules containing serum was added to osteoclast precursors in vitro .Determine appreciation rate and bone resorption areas and the expressions of OSCAR and NFATC 1.Results:In cultured prior osteoclasts ,different concentra-tions of Gule granules containing serum could decrease significantly the expressions of OSCAR and NFATC 1 and reduce bone resorption by inhibiting proliferation of prior osteoclasts .Conclusion:Gule granules can inhibit the expression of OS-CAR and NFATC1 to reduce the proliferation and differentiation of osteoclasts .关键词
