电针傍刺对压疮大鼠皮肤 p38 MAPK表达的影响
Effect of Bangci Electroacupuncture on the Expression of p38MAPK in Pressure Ulcer Rats

Abstract
Objective:To explore EA Bangci in skin tissue pressure ulcer rats primary mitogen activated protein kinase p38 ( p38MAPK) expression.Methods: 90 female SD rats were divided into EA group , acupuncture group and controlgroup by the random number table .The rats in each group were further divided into 1day, 3days, 5days, 7days and 9days, 5 subgroups according to different treatment time .Each sub-component contained six rats .Manufacturing of pressure ulcers in rats was near the knee bone protuberance , by homemade modeling apparatus of pressure sores . Each group was given corresponding disposal and treatment observations , p38MAPK positioned in skin tissue pressure ulcer in rats by chemical assay immunohistochemistry; P38 MAPKmRNA expression was detected in pressure ulcer rat skin tissues by using real -time PCR method.Application SPSS18.0 software was used to analyze the data of each group.Results:EA group was compared with the acupuncture group and the control group, at 3p8 MAPKmRNA and protein expressions levels in rat pressure ulcer skin tissue . Compared with the control group , the expressions of p38MAPKmRNA of EA group and acupuncture group were significantly lower ( P <0.05 ); compared with the EA group, p38MAPK mRNA expression of acupuncture group was relatively declined (P<0.05).As to the expression lev-els, compared with the control group , p38MAPK protein expression levels of EA group with 1 day and 7 days were high-er than those in other two groups , with significant differences ( P<0 .05 ) .There was no significant difference between the rest of the time points and acupuncture group ( P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion: EA Bangci promoting the healing of skin damage mechanism of pressure ulcers in rats may be closely related to the regulation of the expression of p38 MAPKmRNA and proteins in rat skin tissues .关键词
