以“通督治郁针法”为主穴治疗卒中后抑郁不同证型疗效观察
Effect of Tongdu Zhiyu Acupuncture on Post-stroke Depression with Different Syndromes

Abstract
Objective:We researched into the clinically curative effect on patients with post -stroke depression ( PSD) of different syndromes after the treatment of Tongdu Zhiyu acupuncture .After comparison of the curative effect , a conclu-sion was made that Tongdu Zhiyu acupuncture had an effective treatment for a certain kind of PSD .It was expected to of-fer a reliable curative evidence for treating PSD .Methods:60 patients were divided by syndrome of Qi depression trans-forming into fire (19 cases), syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen (13 cases), asthenia of liver and kidney (16 cases), syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis (12 cases), according to the TCM syndrome types .On the basis of conventional treatment , Tongdu Zhiyu acupuncture was used , with 2 weeks as one course , and it had two courses.We observed the scores of the four syndrome patients before and after treatment of HAMD , MESSS, ADL and changes in the curative effect between four groups .Results:At the end of treatment , compared with the first treatment , there was a significant difference ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) with the HAMD,MESSS and ADL according to the scores of four syndrome patients;the total effective rates of syndrome of Qi depression transforming into fire , asthenia of liver and kidney , syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen , syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were 88 . 89%, 86 .67%, 69 .23%and 75 .00%; there was a significant difference between Qi depression transforming into fire group , asthenia of liver and kidney group and deficiency of both heart and spleen group , intermingled phlegm and blood stasis group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between Qi depression transforming into fire group and as -thenia of liver and kidney group ( P>0.05 ) , and the same result was to the deficiency of both heart and spleen group and the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis group ( P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Tongdu Zhiyu acupuncture can effectively improve the depression , nerve function defect and daily life activities in patients with PSD; there is no difference that Tongdu Zhiyu acupuncture on PSD patients with syndrome of Qi depression transforming into fire and asthenia of liver and kidney , but its effect is obviously better than that on patients with syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen and syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis .关键词
