Clinical Experience of Professor LI Yuan-wen for Treating Herpes Zoster
带状疱疹的病位在心、肝、脾三经，发病与湿、热、火、毒、瘀有关。其致病原因由湿热火毒之邪，阻滞经络，气血凝滞而成，日久可损及气阴。初期多为湿热所困，或湿重于热，或热重于湿，后期多因湿热毒邪损及阴血，经络瘀阻失养。临床辨证可分为：肝郁化火型、脾湿内蕴型、气滞血瘀型、火热伤阴型、气血两虚型。准确掌握各型辨证要点，临证加减，可达理想效果。
The disease of herpes zoster appears in heart , liver and spleen meridian .The cause is related to hu-midity, heat, fire, poison and blood stasis .Damp heat burn , blockage of meridians and stagnation of Qi and blood can damage Qi and Yin with the passing of time .All of the above are the pathogenesis of herpes zoster .
