黄芩中黄芩苷提取的工艺研究
Research on extracting technology of baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi

Abstract
Taking Radix Scutellariae as raw material and methanol as extracting agent , baicalin was extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by methanol extraction and acid precipitation method .The influences of concentration of methanol ,extraction temperature , extraction time and solid‐liquid ratio were studied through the single factor test and orthogonal test . The optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows :concentration of methanol 65% ,extraction temperature 80 ℃ ,extraction time 2 .5 h and ratio of solid‐to‐liquid 1∶10 ,combining with visual analysis and analysis of variance .The extraction rate was 23 .03% under these conditions .High extraction rate ,high purity and good reproducibility can be got .关键词
