载体前处理对SRB反应动力学影响的研究
Effect of the pretreatment of carrier on immobilized sulfateGreducing bacteria reaction kinetics

Abstract
In order to study of the influence of different pretreatment methods on immobilized sulfate-re-ducing bacteria (SRB)reaction kinetics,three kinds of pretreatment of the acid,alkali and neutral to carrier were adopted .With the derivation and analysis of the relationship between COD degradation and sulfate-reducing in acid mine wastewater treatment process,three kinds of COD degradation and reac-tion kinetics of sulfate reduction were established,the dynamic parameters of the model were determined by experiment.Furthermore,the reliability of the dynamic model was testified by the measured data un-der different sulfate concentrations of input.The conclusion of comparing different reaction kinetics models indicates that the acid treatment of carrier on the reaction rate and treatment effect is significant-ly better than alkaline treatment and neutral treatment.关键词
