江香薷多糖的过氧化氢脱色研究
Decoloration of polysaccharide from Mosla chinensis-jiangxiangru by hydrogen peroxide

Abstract
In order to decolorize crude polysaccharide from Mosla chinensis-jiangxiangru,hydrogen per-oxide wasselected as the bleaching agent.To study the effects of bleaching temperature,bleaching time, pH,hydrogen peroxide dosage on decolorization of crude polysaccharide,polysaccharide decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate were considered as the indexes.Decolorization conditions were opti-mized by orthogonal experiment on the basis of single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimal decolorization temperature,duration,pH and decolorant dosage were 70 ℃,150 min,10 and vol-ume fraction of 16.5%,respectively.Under these conditions,the decoloration rate was 82.83% and the polysaccharides holding rate was 80.52%.Qualitative analysis showed that the polysaccharides had simi-lar infrared absorption spectrum.The polysaccharide hadα-type glycoside bond absorption peak.The pol-ysaccharide was bleached by hydrogen peroxide of 16.5% and its infrared absorption spectrum hadα-type glycoside bond absorption peak.Theα-type glycoside bond absorption peak disappeared when the amount of hydrogen peroxide reached 40%.关键词
