摘要

Abstract

The study of the Optimization of SRB biofilm enhanced by electric field degrading sulfate shows that Connection resistance 500Ω,the temperature 35 ℃,pH 7,carbon and sulfur ratio of 2 are op-timal conditions.When the connection resistance is greater than 500Ω,the sulfate removal rate decreases with the connection resistance increasing;the sulfate removal rate decreased with the temperature devia-ting from 35℃and the pH deviating from 7;The sulfate removal stops decreasing until carbon and sulfur ratio of 4 with carbon source increasing.The research between SRB biofilm enhanced by electric field and which was not degrading sulfate indicates that the removal rate of the former increased by about 10%than the latter.
