Abstract
This paper compares the elderly-oriented real estate of China with that of the other countries from the mar-ket ,policy ,financing channels ,operation mode and other aspects .Then ,it expounds the necessity of developing the elder-ly-oriented real estate in Chengdu and offers some proposals about it from the aspects of government policy ,financing mode and channel ,operation mode and so on .关键词
