Isolation and Idenfication of Cellulase-producing Bacuillus Strains in Tibetan Sheep Rumen
摘要
Abstract
In october 2013,10 Tibetan sheep rumen content samples were collected in a slaughter house of Ruoergai County,Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan.Bacillus were isolated with the high temperature water bath and the method of enrichment culture.The preliminary screening of cellulase producing Bacillus were conducted by using Congo red staining.101 strains of cellulase producing Bacillus were obtained.Through the 16 S rRNA sequence determination,3 species of Bacillus were identified,inclu-ding,78 strains of Bacillus pumilus ,14 strains of Bacillus cereus ,9 strains of Bacillus subtilis .In this stu-dy,the compositions of Bacillus in Tibetan sheep rumen were identified for further utilization of Bacillus from Tibetan sheep to develop the probiotics.关键词
