黄芪多糖对树突状细胞形态和功能影响研究进展
Progress on Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharides on Morphology and Function of Dendritic Cells
摘要
Abstract
Dendritic cells(DCs)are the most efficient among the antigen-presenting cells.Because DCs play key roles in immune response and function,DCs are becoming the hot topics in the study of immunology. Polysaccharide is an important component of Astragalus,and it is comprised of uronic acid,fructose,arabi-nose,galacturonic acid.Astragalus polysaccharides have immunomodulatory,anti-tumor,anti-stress and an-tioxidant effects.The immune function of Astragalus polysaccharide is the main point for Astragalus all the time.It has been proved that Astragalus polysaccharide can promote the maturation of DCs,by doing that the immune responses are regulated.The paper reviewed the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides on the antigen-presenting ability of DCs from the changes of morphology and function of DCs,the maturation of DCs and the expressions of DC surface molecular markers(CD80,CD86,CD83)and cytokines.关键词
