摘要

Abstract

To investigate antimicrobial resistance profiles of Escherichia coli isolated from scattered pigs and intensive farming pigs,a total of 41 feacal samples were collected from pig farms in Luoyang.35 and 6 iso-lates,which were rspectively isolated from intensive farming pigs and scattered pigs,were identified as Escherichia coli .Antimicrobial susceptibility tests by the disk diffusion method were conducted for ampici-llin,amoxicillin-clavulanic acid,cefotaxime,nalidixic acid,enrofloxacin,ofloxacin,compound sulfamethox-azole,tetracycline,doxycycline,gentamicin and spectinomycin.The results revealed that the resistance of i-solates from intensive pigs is higher than that from scattered pigs;41 isolates showed 19 drug resistance patterns.The isolates from scattered pigs have 5 no-multidrug resistant patterns,the isolates from intensive pigs have 4 no-multidrug resistant patterns and 13 multidrug resistant patterns;33.3% isolates from sca-ttered pigs are only cross-resistant to tetracyclines,54.3%(19/35)isolates from intensive pigs are cross-re-sistant toβ-lactams,71.4%(25/35)to tetracyclines,28.6%(10/35)to aminoglycosides and 22.9%(8/35) to quinolones.
