从防止城市内涝谈海绵城市建设的策略
Analysis of the Strategy on the Sponge City Construction for Urban Flooding and Waterlogging Control
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, the problem of waterlogging frequently happened in most cities of China, including the obvious reasons such as rapid expansion of cities and the aging problems of the drainage system. More importantly, the guiding ideology of drainage is the concentration of rainwater colection and fast row can’t in responding to the storm water more than the capacity of drainage pipeline. Raising the "Sponge City" provides new idea and methods to solve the problem of waterlogging. By analyzing waterlogging generated reasons and possible treatments, learn ancient China on the management of urban waterlogging and foreign experience in the city construction. Proposed that waterlogging issue should be considered with the drainage and store, rational planning of urban drainage pipe network, and developing urban lake water systems and urban green spaces. With low impact development of green space with pipe drainage systems to deal with ordinary rainfal, by improving the river surface drainage channel density, combined with the storage facilities such as large underground drainage facilities, security lfooding area and natural water to deal with excessive rainfal is an effective solution to prevent waterlogging in the city.关键词
