凉血解毒方加减灌肠治疗宫颈癌放射性直肠炎的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of modified enema of Liangxue Jiedu presciption on treatment of patients with factitial proctitis after cervical carcinoma radiotherapy. Methods 80 patients with factitial proctitis after cervical carcinoma radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The both group patients were given conventional western medicine therapy. The observation group was treated with modified enema of Liangxue Jiedu presciption for 2 weeks on the base of routine treatment. The efficiency, the score of health inventory (SF-36) and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results The efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The health inventory score in role restriction, body pain, health status, emotional function and mental health in the observation group was significant higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There is no obvious difference of common complication between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The modified enema of Liangxue Jiedu presciption is a safety and effective method for treatment of factitial proctitis after cervical carcinoma radiotherapy.关键词
