基于沸腾传热的柴油机耦合传热研究
Coupled Heat Transfer of Diesel Engine Based on Boiling Heat Transfer

Abstract
Three kinds of typical boiling heat transfer models are demarcated by using a kind of forced convection super -cooling boiling experimental date in simple pipe .Results indicate that the divisional model has the highest precision in a large range of temperature for the subsection temper about the surface temprature .Based on divisional model ,the Tcri is forcasted using chang critical heat flow model ,and the critical heat flow is calculated .Coaple heat transfer system of diesel engine which consists of combustion in firebox ,heat exchange in cylinder head and convection heat transfer is set up .Results indi-cate that boling heat transfer can strengthen the heat tranfer efficiency between cylinder head and cooling water jacket .The maximum temperature on the surface of cooling water jacket is close to T OFDB but far away from T cri on the rated working con-dition ,indicating that the cooling system has large optimizied space .关键词
