精神分裂症门诊特殊病种补助方式的效果评估
The Effectiveness Evaluation of Special Disease Subsidies for Schizophrenia Outpatient Service

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of special disease subsidies for schizophrenia outpatient service .Meth‐ods:79 schizophrenia outpatients receiving special disease subsidies for the first time were followed up for half a year ,their medication compliance ,risk behaviors ,and disease symptoms were compared before and after receiving the subsidies to evaluate the effect of special disease subsidies for schizophrenia outpatient service .Results:Complete medication adherence rate increased from 60 8.% to 75 9.% ,partial medication adherence rate decreased from 32 9.%to 20 3.% ,complete medication non -adherence rate decreased from 6 .3% to 3 .8% ;the total score of BPRS de‐creased from (43 1.8 ± 17 2.5) to (38 .70 ± 16 1.8)(P<0 0.5);patients with risk behavior of level 0 increased from 34 2.% to 57 0.% ,patients with risk behavior of level 3 decreased from 17 7.% to 7 5.% .All the Changes in adherence , BPRS score and risk behaviors were statistically significant(P<0 0.5) .Conclusion:The special disease subsidies for schizophrenia outpatient service increases patients'medication compliance ,improves their disease symptoms ,and de‐creases their risk behaviors ;further expansion of the subsidies is needed .关键词
