文拉法辛合并倍美盈治疗围绝经期情感障碍的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study on effects of Premelle Cycle combined with Venlafaxine in the treatment of perim‐enopausal disorder .Methods:The 64 patients were randomized into 2 groups ,the experimental group and control group .Both groups took therapy for 8 weeks with HAMD and KMI to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects .Re‐sults:There were no significant differences between the two groups in HAMD before the treatment ,1 week after the treatment(P>0 5.) ,there were significant differences between the two groups in 2 ,4 ,8 weeks after the treatment(t=2 3.1 ,2 4.2 2. 4.2 ;P<0 5.) S.cores of KMI had no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment and after 1 ,2 weeks of the treatment(P>0 5.);there were significant differences in KMI after 4 ,8 weeks(t=2 3.20 , 3 4.67;P<0 0.01) .The efficiency in experimental group was 93 7.% ,and the control group 75% ,and the difference had significant difference(χ2 =4 2.67 ,P<0 0.5) .Conclusion:Premelle Cycle combined Venlafaxine in the treatment of perimenopausal disorder is better than Premelle Cycle alone .关键词
