综合干预对慢性精神分裂症患者的作用
Comprehensive Intervention Effects on Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the role of integrated interventions including skills training ,including the com‐munity of patients with schizophrenia .Methods:200 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to the inter‐vention group and the control group ,the intervention group were implemented a comprehensive formula to inter‐vene ,observed after 12 months;every three months the two groups were compared with a homemade general ques‐tionnaire ,medication compliance questionnaire ,positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS ) ,social function screening assessment scale(SDSS) .Results:Intervention medication compliance between the two groups were signifi‐cantly different nine months later(t=2 4.06 ,3 1.57 ,P<0 0.5);There were significant differences in positive and psy‐chopathology of the PANSS between the two groups in the first nine months(t=‐2 .467 ,‐2 .020 ,P< 0 .05) ,to 12 months ,there were also significant differences in positive ,negative and psychopathology of the PANSS(t=‐3 0.28 ,‐2 3.94 ,‐2 3.01 ,‐2 6.31 ;P< 0 .05);the intervention group was significantly less than the recurrence in the control group(χ2 =4 7.11 ,P<0 0.5);to 12 months ,social function(SDSS)in the intervention group were better than that in the control group(t=2 2.15 ,P<0 0.5) .Conclusion:Rehabilitation in the form of conclusions ,including a comprehen‐sive skills training interventions ,can promote stable disease and social functional recovery in patients with schizo‐phrenia .关键词
