摘要
Abstract
Objective:By observing the effect evaluation of agomelatine and duloxetine in the treatment of depres‐sion and adverse reactions ,to provide practical experience for the clinical treatment of patients with depression .Meth‐ods:100 cases diagnosed as depression patients from July 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital were divided into two groups accumulate ,the control group using duloxetine treatment ,observation group agomelatine treatment .After 16 weeks of treatment ,HAMD scale and TESS scales and adverse effects of treatment were assessed .Results:After treatment ,the efficiency of boservaiton group was better than that of control group(χ2 = 4 .88 ,P<0 .05);HAMD score in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (8weeks :t = 7 .35 ,P< 0 .05;16weeks:t=6 .12 ,P< 0 .05);headache dizziness ,orthostatic hypotension ,sleepiness incidence in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2 =5 3.2 ;4 3.3 ,P<0 0.5 ,7 1.1 ,P<0 0.1) .Conclusion:Agome‐latine in the treatment of depression ,can improve depressive symptoms with fewer adverse reactions ,worth clinical application .关键词
