Abstract
Objective:To survey the personality style and professional identification of CAPF sergeant students ,to know how the former exerts an effect on the latter .Methods:To investigate 140 undergraduates in three different ma‐jors in Shijiazhuang non -commissioned officers school with MBTI and professional identification questionnaire .In the course of the research ,interviewing method was used .Results:① The individual personality type dimension of CAPF sergeant students centered on E ,S ,T ,J(χ2 =1 .400 ,9 .257 ,17 .857 ,29 2.57 ;P<0 .05) .The maximum in the subjects was ESTJ and ISTJ .② Pprofessional identification level of non -commissioned officer students was good , 110 students in high identification group ,accounting for 78 6.% .Video Communication majors accounted for 77 1.% in the high identification group S.tudents in confidential and archival majors took 70 4.% in the high identification group . Film and television majors accounted for 88 2.% .Conclusion:The personality of non-commissioned officer students mainly includes feeling ,thinking and judgment .They can be divided into introvert and extrovert type .A stronger rela‐tionship between the professional identification level and the personality type exists .Partial personality dimension as the valid variables can be used to judge the profession identification level of non-commissioned officer students .关键词
