The Effect between Rural Special-post Teacher’s Coping Styles and Mental Health:The Intermediary Role of Coping Efficacy

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the intermediary role of rural special-post teacher’s coping efficacy between cop‐ing styles and mental health .Methods:449 rural special-post teachers in Shanxi province were investigated by Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ ) ,Coping Efficacy Questionnaire (CEQ ) ,the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) .Results:Rural special-post teacher’s coping efficacy in confident aspect was statistically significant between male and female teachers(t=3 6.20 ,P<0 0.01);Positive response and coping efficacy were negatively correlated with mental health ,negative response was positively correlated with mental health;coping efficacy played a intermediary role between coping styles and mental health ,the positive response’s and negative reponse’s mediation effect were 95 4.% and 60 1.% of the direct effect .Conclusion:Coping efficacy plays a intermediary role between coping styles and mental health .The mediation can provide theoretical foundation for the rural special -post teacher’s psychology healthy training work ,and it will be a practical guide to the training work .关键词
