Abstract
Objective:To explore the characteristics of family function and adolescent internet behavior as well as their relationship .Methods:153 middle school students were assessed by Family Assessment Device and Adolescent Internet Behavior Questionnaire randomly .Results:① Family function exerted not smoothly among adolescent while the undesirable operation of family communication and emotional reaction would exert negative influence on adoles‐cent .②There were great individual differences about the online time amount of adolescent ;the online content was mainly occupied by interpersonal relationship and entertainment ;the negative evaluation of internet was more than positive evaluation;however ,anxiety induced during internet surfing was relatively less and adolescent was rather satisfied about internet .③ There was close relationship between family function and adolescent internet behavior which suggested that family communication had significant impact on the adolescent access of sex and gambling(F=5 4.48 ,P<0 0.1)as well as the satisfaction of internet(F=3 9.79 ,P<0 0.5)while family emotional reaction made sig‐nificant impact on adolescent interpersonal relationship(F=5 4.68 ,P<0 0.1)and internet entertainment(F=4 7.17 ,P<0 0.5)as well as internet satisfaction(F=3 6.96 ,P<0 0.5) .Conclusion:Family function is the key element to affect adolescent internet behavior .Meanwhile ,this study put forward that emotional regulation ability of adolescent is the internal mechanism of the impact about family function on adolescent internet behavior .关键词
