Relationship between Resilience and Mental Health Based on Prisoners

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To improve their level of mental health based on the study of the relationship between resili‐ence and mental health of prisoners .Methods:180 prisoners were evaluated with Resilience Scale for Adults(RSA) and General Health Questionnaire(GHQ -20) .Results:After difference comparison and correlation analysis ,the re‐sults indicated that there existed significant difference in general health among the prisoners with different age ,dif‐ferent kind of work ,different education level and different family background;there also existed significant difference in resilience among the prisoners with different charge ,different kind of work and different education level;the score of mental health was significant negatively correlated with resilience(r=‐0 7.06 ,P<0 0.01) .Conclusion:The mental health of prisoners have significant correlations with their resilience .To strengthen the subjective support ,education and reform of prisoners is conducive to improve the level of their mental health and their motivation to bereformed .关键词
