摘要
Abstract
With the development of the display industry ,AMOLED technology is mainstream technology .The Thin Film Transistor is the main influence factor of the AMOLED display quality ,and the threshold voltage is one of the main characteristic parameters of the TFT performance ,its extraction and calculation method is so important .This paper uses the ATLAS simulation tool to simulate TFT structure and characteristics ,then extracts the final simulation data of the transfer characteristic curve and calculates the TFT threshold voltage combining with EXCEL tool .The calculation procedure of this method is simple and effective ,intuitive and conducive to study late TFT performance optimization .关键词
