Abstract

To get a best ratio of mine filling scheme, response surface design method was used to determine the best conditions for filling ratio on the basis of the experimental BBD. Factors influencing the strength of filling body were ranked by the experiment of sorting. The optimal proportion of experiment scheme was obtained with cement-sand ratio of 1:4, curing time of 28 d and solubility of 75 %. Filling body strength obtained according to the scheme was 5.48 MPa, with error being 4.2 % compared with the theoretical value of 5.71 MPa. Optimized filling ratio solution achieved by the response surface method is reliable, which can provide theoretical basis for the application of mine filling ratio and has a guiding significance in practice. The fact that true value is lower than the theoretical value is probably because the interference factors exist in the process of test. It is suggested that the factors considered in the process of in-depth study could be more thorough and more comprehensive.
