Abstract
With the adjustment of industrial structure of city in China, a large number of old industrial buildings losing functions are in idle state, and ‘turning waste into wealth’ becomes a new approach for these old industrial buildings. However, the renovation of old industrial buildings has its particularity in aspects such as history and culture, we can’t guide and evaluate with modern building thought. Therefore, taking pioneer industry park with maximum old industrial building transformation aggregate as the research object and using relevant theories of symbiosis idea as the guidance, the paper caries on discussion from ‘holy realm’, ‘rehabilitation of doctrine’ and ‘middle realm’ three aspects in the field of symbiosis, and then it summarizes building renovation symbiosis model to guide design.关键词
