摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effects of pendulum striking edge radii on the impact test results,Charpy V-notch impact test was carried out to variety materials with 2 mm and 8 mm pendulum striking edge radii.By analyzing the variation rules of K V2 (the impact absorbed energy with 2 mm pendulum striking edge radius)and K V8 (the impact absorbed energy with 8 mm pendulum striking edge radius)from the aspect of impact absorbed energy and fracture morphology,the effects of pendulum striking edge radii on the Charpy impact absorbed energy were studied.The results show that in the range of top platform and transition zone (plastic fracture)of the ductile-brittle transition temperature curve,K V8 was higher than K V2 .In the transition zone (brittle fracture),K V2 was higher than K V8 .However,in the lower platform zone,K V2 and K V8 were almost equal.
