摘要

Abstract

2.5D technique and non-conformal mesh technique in Fluent software was used synthesizely,and the real 3D un-steady numerical simulation of scroll compressor was originally successfully implemented.The end leakage and the fluctuation of pressure and temperature of the outlet was captured.It was also found that the flow field in the work cavity is circumferential,and the transient temperature field distribution in the work cavity is non-uniform,and local vortex phenomenon emerges because of the leakage.The numerical simulation technique mentioned has an important guiding significance for the study of the volumetric com-pressor with axial mapping structure.
