摘要

Abstract

The preliminary design of the integrated secondary separation hydrocyclone was studied,and based on the orthogonal method,tests the effects of the diameters of the first-stage overflow port,the second-stage overflow port and the overflow on the separation effect of hydrocyclone.Determine the separation efficiency as the indicators of orthogonal method,and make an analysis with visual analysis method and variance components method respectively based on the test results.In order to verify the consisten-cy of two methods and make an significant test to the factors.Within the scope,the three factors were found that have no obvious influence on the overall separation efficiency of hydrocyclone.
