润滑油对 R32在水平光管内流动沸腾换热特性及压降的影响

Abstract
Impact of lubricating oil on heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of R32 boiling in 5mm and 7mm hori-zontal tube was studied by experiment.Range of mass flow was 100 ~500 kg/(m2·s),and content of lubricating oil was from 0 to 5%.The results showed that heat transfer coefficient increased with mass flow increasing.Heat transfer coefficient increased with the dryness increasing at low zone.When the dryness reached 0.8,heat transfer started to deteriorate due to the influence of lubri-cating oil.Heat transfer coefficient decreased with lubricating oil increased.The pressure drop reduced with the flow rate and the pipe diameter increasing.As content of lubricating oil increased,the pressure drop also increased.In 5mm tube,affect of the lu-bricating oil was relatively obvious for heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop.关键词
