土茯苓中落新妇苷含量测定方法改进的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To improve the methed of aualyze the amount of astilbin in Smilax glabra, which listed in the 15th edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia was optimized. Methods: Using 60%methanol as solvent, the sample solution was prepared by reflux method, and followed by ultrasonic extraction, and the amount of astilbin was determined by chromatography as instructed in the Pharmacopoeia. Results: Using 60% methanol solution, the amount of astilbin obtained by ultrasonic extraction was higher than by refluxing extraction. Conclusion: The optimized extraction method can accurately measure the actual amount of astilbin in Smilax glabra, which provides a better quality control in analyzing the amount of astilbin in single or compound Smilax glabra.关键词
