EB病毒性肝炎29例临床分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical features of EB viral hepatitis for improving its diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 29 EB viral hepatitis patients hospitalized between January 2014 and October 2015 were collected and their clinical manifestations,the clinical classification、liver function, and the prognosis of simple EB virus infection and co-infection with other viruses were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsThere were 15 (51.72%) cases with simple EB virus infection and 14 (48.28%) cases co-infection with other viruses. Of the 14 cases of co-infection, 8 cases were co-infected with hepatitis B. The incidence of liver failure and the levels of ALT and AST in co-infection group were significantly higher, and the improvement rate of co-infection group was significantly lower than than those in simple EB virus infection group(P< 0.05). In addition,the level of TBIL in EB virus NA1-IgA antibody positive group was significantly higher than that in EB virus NA1-IgA antibodies negative group (P< 0.05). Conclusion EB virus infection causes different degree of liver damage,and EB virus co-infection with other viruses may lead to more serious liver damage,even induce hepatic failure, which often make prognosis poorer. More attention to EB virus screening, early diagnosis and treatment may achieve good effect and reduce disease mortality.关键词
