Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and nursing essential for patients with abdominal residual infection using garlic-mirabilite package plus antibiotics. Methods: A total of 128 patients with abdominal residual infection were divided evenly into experimental group and control group. The control group were treated with antibiotics alone and the experimental group were treated externally with garlic-mirabilite package plus antibiotics. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared, which includes hematology, temperature, the size of abscess, clinical cure time and hospitalization expense. The corresponding nursing measures were also summarized. Results The experimental group is superior to the control group in terms of the resolving time of the vomica, the healing time of the patients, and the hospital expense (P< 0.01). Conclusions Treatment of abdominal residual infection with external application of garlic-mirabilite package plus antibiotics is superior to antibiotics alone, which is worth to be recommended in clinical.关键词
