水库移民后扶项目末端监督管理机制研究
Study on management mechanism of terminal supervision of post-stage support project of reservoir resettlement
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of unreasonable structure, insufficient supervision and low management efficiency of post-stage support projects for reservoir resettlement during the implementation, the concept of terminal supervision is put forward on the basis of the management idea of participatory development theory. Based on Terminal Supervision Information System Platform of Reservoir Resettlement in Guangdong Province, an applicable micro supervision mode is established,further more, a hierarchi-cal structural check and supervision system of subordinate supervision, relocates′sources tracing supervision, bi-direction co-supervision and sources information check and supervision is established, forming a effective terminal supervision and manage-ment system, which can solve the mismatch problem of project planning and relocates' demand and is helpful to improve the effi-ciency of management on post-stage support projects for reservoir relocates.关键词
