珠江流域部批生产建设项目水土保持设施验收工作探讨OA

按照水利部的统一部署，近些年来，珠江委加大了水土保持设施验收工作力度，共完成部批大中型生产建设项目水土保持设施验收170项，取得了一系列新进展和新成效，但同时也存在验收比例依然偏低、申请验收时间总体滞后、部分建设单位水土保持验收工作重视不够、技术评估单位工作质量参差不齐等问题。为进一步做好水土保持设施验收工作，应严格程序，扎实把好水土保持设施验收关；强化评价和管理，切实提高水土保持技术评估质量；依法督查，进一步加大水土保持监督执法力度；搞好水土保…查看全部>>
