Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of Minimally invasive laparoscopic treatment on gallstone gallbladder pre-serving operation.Methods:83 cases with Gallbladder stone in our hospital from 2010 March to 2011 February, who were randomly di-vided into observation group undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment, and control group undergone Minimally invasive laparo-scopic treatment.Results:Compared with control group on operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative hospitalization time, there were significant differences between observation group and control group.After random interview, compared with observation group, the incidence rate of bloating, diarrhea and indigestion of patients in control group was higher( p<0.05) .Compared with control group on total incidence of bile duct stones, gallbladder stones recurrence rate, observation had no statistically significant(p>0.05). Conclusion:For gallbladder stone patients, Minimally invasive laparoscopic treatment should be effective and safe and can be widely used in the medical profession.关键词
