摘要
Abstract
Objecitve:To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection on cellular immune function and quality of life ( QOL)in patients w ith non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) after chemotherapy of DP Regimen.Methods:Seventy-eight patients were divided into treat-ment group(n=39) and control group( n=39) randomly.Patients in control group were treated with docetaxel and cisplatin.Patients in treatment group were given docetaxel,cisplatin and Shenfu injection.Both groups in 21 days as one cycle, were evaluated after two cycles. Results:After treatment,the number of positive cells in immune regulation has increased in treatment group and the number of negative immune regulation has reduced, resulting in an improvement of cell immune function.The number of people with increased and stable weight in the treatment group was more than that in the control group, and the number of people with mild and moderate fatigue was also more than that in the control group.After treatment the quality of life of patients in the treatment group was improved ( P<0.05, P<0. 01), whereas the immune function and quality of life of the control group were reduced after chemotherapy.Conclusion:Shenfu injection combined with DP regimen could improve the cellular immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced non -small cell lung cancer.关键词
