Abstract
Objective:To compare efficacy of low-temperature plasma and microwave under nasal endoscope in treatment of intracta-ble epistaxis.Methods:110 patients with intractable epistxis in our hosptial were randomly divided into low temperature plasma group and micromave group, 55 cases in each group.Intraoperative blood loss, hemostatic time, efficiency was compared in the two groups.After three months , recurrence rates in the two groups was compared .Results:Intraoperative blood loss, the hemostatic time, recurrence rates of low temperature plasma group is lower than that of the microwave group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The ef-ficiency of two groups was compared , the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-temperature plasma under nasal endoscope should be worthy of clinical application , with little blood loss, short hemostatic time, good long-term effect in treatment of the intractable epistaxis.关键词
