Abstract
Objective:It provides the scientific basis for blindness prevention and treatment work to analyze our county vision disability appraisal result and understand the cause of my county vision disability.Methods:according to the national second sample survey of the disabled eyesight disability standards, verification of 980 patients to our hospital for identification of residual affection, vision checkup, slit lamp microscope examination and fundus examination.Results:363 cases (41.63%) were determined they belong to the first level of blind, 142 cases (16.28%) to the second, 56 cases (6.24%) to the third low vision, 311 cases (35.67%) to the forth low vision, un-qualified 108 cases (11.02%).Conclusion: as the state of blindness blind vigorously work, vision disability disability has radically changed, cataracts and trachoma is not the main reason for the disabled, and congenital and genetic diseases, diabetic retinopathy, glau-coma, optic neuropathy, corneal disease, ocular trauma eye our county has become the main handicap.Early detection, early prevention of blindness is particularly important, with the development of science and technology, if early detection, early prevention of blind chance is greatly increased.关键词
