Expression and significance of CD69 and HLA-DR in T lymphocytes of peripheral blood in perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the expression changes and significance of CD69 and HLA-DR in T lymphocytes of peripheral blood in perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Flow eytometry was used to detect the expression of CD69 and HLA-DR in T lymphocytes of peripheral blood in 40 cases of perioperative period ( including the preoperative and postoperative 5, 10 days) of patients with colorectal cancer (observation group), and in 15 cases of healthy persons ( control group) .The relationship of their expression with clinicopathologic features was analyzed.Results The expression of CD69 and HLA-DR before surgery was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the con-trol group (P<0.05), with further increase after surgery (P<0.05).The expression of HLA-DR was related with lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stage after surgery (P<0.05), but was not related with the rest of clinico-pathologic features (all P>0.05).Conclusions The expression of CD69 and HLA-DR before surgery in T lymphocytes of peripheral blood in the perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer was significantly decreased, and gradually in-creased after surgery.The detection of CD69 and HLA-DR contributes to determining the state of an illness and guiding im-mune therapy for colorectal cancer.关键词
