Effects of baicalein on proliferation, apoptosis and invasion of human colorectal cancer cells
目的：探讨黄芩素对人结肠癌细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭的影响及其作用机制。方法取处于对数生长期的人结肠癌SW480细胞，随机分为对照组，25、50、100μmol／L黄芩素处理组，分别加入生理盐水，25、50、100μmol／L黄芩素处理，采用EdU、MTT、流式细胞术及Transwell小室实验观察黄芩素对结肠癌细胞增殖、凋亡及侵袭的影响，并通过Westernblotting法检测黄芩素干预后结肠癌细胞Bcl-2、Bax及VEGF蛋白表达。结果25、5…查看全部>>
