妊娠高脂血症患者血浆血脂水平及 LDL 亚类分布变化
Distribution characteristics of low density lipoprotein subclasses in blood plasma of pregnancy patients with hyperlipidemia

Abstract
Objective To discuss the changes in levels of blood plasma lipid and distribution characteristics of low density lipoprotein ( LDL) subclasses of pregnancy patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods The blood plasma was collect-ed respectively from 60 pregnancy patients with hyperlipidemia ( pregnancy hyperlipidemia group) and 60 healthy pregnant women ( healthy pregnant woman group) .We used the Lipoprotein subclasses analysis system to detect the composition and content of LDL subclasses in the blood plasma.Results The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in blood plasma were signifi-cantly higher in the pregnancy hyperlipidemia group than those of healthy pregnant woman group, and differences were sta-tistical significance (P<0.01).In 60 pregnancy patients with hyperlipidemia, 61.67% of patients had hypertriglyceri-demia, 18.33% had hypercholesterolemia and 20.00% had mixed hyperlipidemia.Compared with the healthy pregnant woman group, the concentrations of LDL 1 and LDL 2 were significantly lower, the concentrations of LDL 4 and LDL 5 were significantly higher in the pregnancy hyperlipidemia group, and differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01 or P<0.05).Compared with the healthy pregnant woman group, the percentages of LDL 1, LDL 2 and LDL 3 were significantly lower, the percentages of LDL 4 and LDL 5 were significantly higher in the pregnancy hyperlipidemia group, and differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions The proportion of hypertriglyceridemia is higher than others in the pregnancy patients with hyperlipidemia, and the LDL subclasses distribution characteristics in the blood plasma has changed, that is the concentration of relatively large particle decreases and the relatively small particle concen-tration increases.关键词
