Abstract
As the air-pollution control becomes increasingly important and the policy of energy-saving and emission- reduction related industries is stricter at current time, it raises urgent needs for operational performance assessment of flue gas desulfurization, denitration and dust removal installation. This article analyzes the current situation of the installations of air-pollution emission and control in thermal power and steel industries in China, discusses the necessity and the urgency of research on a series of national standards on operation performance assessment for flue gas desulfurization, denitration and dust removal installation in key industries, demonstrates the ideas and principles of compiling related assessment standards, highlights the creation of operation performance evaluation index system for coal-fired flue gas desulfurization, denitration and dust collector for sintering flue gas from iron and steel industry, and shows the qualitative evaluation requirements and the quantitative evaluation index, to promote the construction of operation effectiveness evaluation mechanism for air-pollution control installation in key industries and to advance the reliability and the effectiveness of the operation of air-pollution control installation in key industries by means of standardization.关键词
