标准化管理信息流重构方法初探
Research on Information Stream Reconstruction Method of Standardization
摘要
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of standardization, the paper analyzes the relationship between business process and information stream, the differences between information stream reconstruction and business process reengineering. Information stream reconstruction method of standardization is presented, through reduction or addition of functional nodes and information stream to optimize information stream and complete the mapping from information stream to business process, so that the goal of guiding business process optimization and information construction can be achieved.关键词
