Abstract
This paper elaborates the present situation of standardization in agricultural machinery after-sales service in China, proposes the framework and content of the standards system of agricultural machinery after-sales service based on the characteristics of after-sales service and customer demand, in order to use standardized means to enhance the agricultural machinery after-sales service.关键词
