澳门护理本科生一般自我效能感与自导式学习准备度的相关性分析
Analysis of correlation between general self efficacy and self directed learning readiness of nursing undergradu-ates in Macao

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of general self efficacy and self directed learning readiness of nursing undergraduates in Macao,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 226 nurs-ing undergraduates in Macao were investigated by using general self efficacy scale and self directed learning readiness scale,and the results were analyzed.Results:The general self efficacy of students was at the middle level,the self directed learning readiness degree of 58.53% students was at a low level,self directed learning readiness of 41.47% students was at the high level;total scores of different grades students’general self effica-cy and self directed learning readiness was different;the students'general self efficacy was positively correla-ted with self directed learning readiness.Conclusion:The general self efficacy and self directed learning readiness of nursing undergraduate in Macao need to be further improved.Teachers should evaluate students’ learning needs,prefers and teaching methods,and create a teaching environment that could promote students’ self confidence and strengthen students’self management and responsibility.关键词
