眼科护理质量评价指标体系的构建

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct the eye care quality evaluation indicator system and lay the foundation for an standard eye specialist nursing quality evaluation.Methods:The study team was established,on the basis of the literature inquiry and clinical research,the combination of qualitative interviews and quantitative research meth-ods was used to build eye care quality evaluation indicators(first questionnaire),two rounds of expert consulta-tion were carried out by using the Delphi method,and the results of the consultation were analyzed statistically. Results:The eye specialist care quality evaluation system was formed including three first class indicators,10 second class indicators,33 third class indicators;positive coefficient of experts was 91.11%,authority coefficient was 0.865,both the degree of concentration and coordination were higher.Conclusion:Eye specialist care quality evaluation system based on the Delphi method covered the structure,process and results of the three aspects, and formed three classes indicators system including 33 sub projects.关键词
