Abstract
Objective:To investigate the cognitive situation of diabetes knowledge in high risk type 2 diabetic foot patients and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 92 high risk type 2 diabetic foot patients received investi-gation by using the diabetes knowledge scale of Chinese version and general information questionnaire,and ana-lyzed the cognitive situation of diabetes knowledge in high risk type 2 diabetic foot patients and its influencing factors by using SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Results:The diabetes knowledge score of 92 cases of high risk type 2 diabetic foot patients was 51.72±13.06,and scoring rate was 58.78%;the multiple linear regression a-nalysis showed that the development of diet plan and the degree of culture were the main influencing factors on related knowledge in high risk type 2 diabetic foot patients.Conclusion:The gasping situation of diabetes knowl-edge in high risk type 2 diabetic foot patients was at middle or lower level,which was influenced by many fac-tors,the nursing personnel should focus on popularization and guidance of health education and diabetes knowl-edge in high risk type 2 diabetic foot patients,improve thier treatment compliance,so as to reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
