氧气氛下氧化铁基脱硫剂再生床层动态研究
Dynamic analysis of the fixed bed for regeneration of iron oxide desulfurizer in oxygen atmosphere

Abstract
The effects of O2 concentration and regeneration temperature on the dynamic behavior of the fixed bed for the regeneration of iron oxide desulfurizer were investigated by using a differential bed. The gas chromatography and fast intelligent sulfur analyzer were used to determine O2 concentration in feed gas and the content of sulfur in the desulfurizer, respectively. The height of reaction zone and its moving speed were calculated according to the experimental results at different operating conditions. The results showed that increasing O2 concentration could improve the effective diffusion between the particles of desulfurizer and had a significant effect on the length and moving speed of reaction zone, however, regeneration temperature had little effect on diffusion coefficient and less effect on the moving speed of reaction zone than O2 concentration.关键词
