摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of biomedical information technology, biological medical literatures grow exponential y. It's hard to read and understand the required knowledge by manual, how to integrate knowledge from huge amounts of biomedical literatures, mining new knowledge has been becoming the current hot spot. Knowledge organization system construction in the field of biological medicine is more normative and complete than other fields, which is the foundation for biomedical text mining. A large number of text mining methodsand systems based on knowledge organization system have fast development. This paper investigates the existing medical knowledge organization systems and summarizes the process of biomedical text mining. It also summaries the researches andrecentprogressand analyzes the characteristics of biomedical text mining based on knowledge organization system. The knowledge organization systems play an important role in biomedical text mining and the chal enge for the current study are summarized, so as to provide references for biomedical workers.关键词
